  • DDR 7-2016, Small Efficiency Dwelling Units, will supersede DR 25-2014. This rule sets minimum room size and other technical requirements for small efficiency dwelling units.   • DDR 9-2016, Requirements for Transitional Encampments, will supersede DR 20-2015. This rule establishes requirements for community outreach, encampment operations standards, and coordination with the permit process for new transitional encampments.
