Parks to present schematic design for Pratt Park Spraypark

Seattle Parks and Recreation invites the community to an Open House at Pratt Park on Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. to learn about the spraypark renovation project and review the schematic design. The meeting will be held at Pratt Park, 1800 S Main St., near the spraypark.

The Open House is an opportunity for the community to provide additional input on the spray features and review the design that incorporates community feedback from the first meeting held in June. Families are encouraged to attend. The design team of Seattle Parks and Site Workshop are hosting the meeting and will be available to answer questions.

This project installs a recirculation water system and new play features at the existing spraypark. The re-circulation system greatly improves water conservation and play-value, making for a better user experience. The spray feature is located near the play area in Pratt Park at the corner of 20th Ave S and S Washington St.
