Events Traffic Advisory for Tuesday, Oct. 17 – Sunday, Oct. 22

SDOT advises travelers to be aware of the following events in the city that may affect traffic. WWE Smackdown Live at KeyArena happens today. Depeche Mode will be in concert at KeyArena on Saturday night. The Seattle Sounders have a match at CenturyLink Field on Sunday afternoon.

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 17:

WWE Smackdown Live at KeyArena at 4:45 p.m. About 10,000 people are expected to attend.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21:

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer: Walk to support breast cancer research starts at 9 a.m. at CenturyLink Field. About 4,000 people are expected to participate.

Light the Night Walk to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. Walk starts and ends at Seattle Center using sidewalks on 5th Ave N to Mercer St, and Mercer St to Dexter Ave N. Event from 4:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. About 1,600 people are expected to participate.

KEXP R Day: A fundraiser and celebration of music at The Old Rainier Brewery, 3100 Airport Way S, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. About 3,000 people are expected to attend.

Depeche Mode concert at KeyArena at 7:30 p.m. About 12,500 people are expected to attend.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21 – SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22:

GE2 Gaming + Experiential Entertainment at WaMu Theater. Event hours are 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 22:

Alaskan Airlines Dawg Dash: On University of Washington campus and on streets in Seattle’s Ravenna neighborhood. About 4,500 people are expected to participate.

Seattle Sounders vs. Colorado Rapids at CenturyLink Field at 1 p.m. About 45,000 people are expected to attend.
