Detectives are hoping you can help identify a thiefwho robbed an 89-year-old woman on a Ballard street last month.
The woman was walking near 24th Avenue Northwest and Northwest 62nd Street when a man dashed across the street, grabbed her bag and fled.
He was later caught on camera using one of the victim’s cards at a nearby grocery store.
