SDOT advises travelers to be aware of the following events happening in the city that may affect traffic. The Washington State Department of Transportation will reduce westbound I-90 to one lane between Bellevue and Seattle from Friday night to Monday morning. Chris Brown plays KeyArena on Thursday night. The Upstream Music Fest + Summit in Pioneer Square and at WaMu Theater runs Thursday through Saturday night. U2’s Joshua Tree Tour is at CenturyLink Field on Sunday night.

Upstream Music Fest + Summit 2017: Three-day music festival in Pioneer Square with Main Stage at CenturyLink Field North Lot, free public stage in Occidental Park and concerts at various Pioneer Square venues. Two-day speaker Summit at WaMu Theater. About 6,000 people are expected to attend each day.
SATURDAY, MAY 13:
Madrona Mayfair: Annual Spring celebration starts with a parade at 9:30 a.m. from Al Larkins Park to Madrona Playground, followed by a block party at the Playground. About 450 people are expected to attend.
SUNDAY, MAY 14:
The Color Run: Fun run starts and finishes at Seattle Center. The run starts at 8 a.m., with waves of runners leaving every few minutes until 8:45 a.m. Race route will use streets in the South Lake Union and Downtown neighborhoods. About 9,200 people are expected to participate.
U-2 – The Joshua Tree Tour 2017 at CenturyLink Field at 6:30 p.m. About 50,000 people are expected to attend.
