Events Traffic Advisory for Tuesday, March 21 – Sunday, March 26

SDOT advises travelers to be aware of the following events happening around the city that may affect area traffic. Ariana Grande will be in concert at KeyArena on Thursday night. Pacific Northwest Ballet has performances at McCaw Hall Thursday through Sunday. The Seattle Sounders FC play at CenturyLink Field on Saturday night. WSDOT will close the I-5 express lanes Saturday and Sunday mornings for maintenance work. WSDOT will also reduce westbound 90 to one lane between Bellevue and Seattle from Friday night to Monday morning.

TUESDAY, MARCH 21:

Panic! At the Disco concert at WaMu Theater at 7 p.m. About 7,000 people are expected to attend.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 22:

Starbuck’s Annual Shareholders Meeting at McCaw Hall from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Doors open at 8 a.m. About 2,700 people are expected to attend.

THURSDAY, MARCH 23:

Ariana Grande concert at KeyArena at 7:30 p.m. About 11,000 people are expected to attend.

THURSDAY, MARCH 23 – SUNDAY, MARCH 26:

Director’s Choice Presented by Pacific Northwest Ballet (PNB) at McCaw Hall. Showtimes vary. About 2,900 people are expected to attend each performance.

FRIDAY, MARCH 24:

Hansel and Gretel Presented by PNB: Student Matinee at McCaw Hall. 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. About 2,000 students are expected to attend.

SATURDAY, MARCH 25:

Magnolia Little League Parade: Annual Little League season kickoff parade in Magnolia. From 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. About 1,500 people are expected to attend.

Hansel and Gretel Presented by PNB at McCaw Hall. 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m. About 2,500 people are expected to attend.

Seattle Sounders vs. Club Necexa at CenturyLink Field at 7 p.m. About 25,000 people are expected to attend.

SATURDAY, MARCH 25 – SUNDAY, MARCH 26:

Taste Washington at CenturyLink Field Event Center from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. About 10,000 people are expected to attend each day.
