On Tuesday March 14, 2017, the Electrical Program will be closed for inspections. The inspectors will be attending a training on the 2017 National Electrical Code.
The National Fire Protection Association will present the training. This is the organization that publishes the code. The subject will be the changes in the 2017 National Electrical Code.
This training will be in conjunction with The State of Washington and other City jurisdictions. We attended this training for the 2014 code cycle. It is an excellent opportunity for all the inspectors in the area to meet and receive a uniform presentation of the next edition of the code.
