Hop to the 3rd Annual Bunny Party this Saturday

Easter is just around the corner and with it comes images of bunnies and colorfully decorated eggs. This Saturday, meet some of Seattle Animal Shelter’s adoptable bunnies and enjoy bunny-related fun and games at the Third Annual Bunny Party, hosted by Ugly Baby and La Ru (in the historic Pike Place Market at 1430 Western Ave.).

From noon to 4 p.m., Seattle Animal Shelter volunteers will be on hand with adoptable rabbits currently cared for by foster parents. Learn what it takes to care for a rabbit and whether a rabbit is right for your home. Come early for the marketwide Easter egg hunt, beginning at 10 a.m., or stay for giveaways beginning at 4 p.m. There will be sidewalk chalking all day, as well as bunny-related craft projects.

Ugly Baby and La Ru will collect donations to benefit the Seattle Animal Shelter. Additionally, it will also donate 10 percent of its sales for the day.
