Minor amendments to the Building, Residential, Energy, Mechanical, Fuel Gas, and Plumbing Code codes took effect on November 23, 2014. The amendments adopted recent Washington State Code amendments, corrected errors, and addressed coordination among the 2012 Seattle codes. The amendments are incorporated into the 2012 Seattle Plumbing Code and 2012 Seattle Energy Code books*. *We expect the 2012 Seattle Energy Code books to be available in mid-January.
