Mercer Corridor Project: Morning eastbound lane restriction on Mercer Street, October 8

The Seattle Department of Transportation advises travelers of eastbound lane restrictions on Mercer Street:

A single lane restriction on eastbound Mercer Street between Sixth Avenue North and Dexter Avenue North will be in effect during the morning commute on Oct. 8 for emergency roadway patching. The following impacts can be expected:

  • One eastbound lane of Mercer Street will be closed through approximately 2 p.m.
  • One lane on eastbound Mercer Street will remain open at all times.
  • Please use alternate routes where possible and expect traffic delays.

Please note the Mercer Corridor Project team typically attempts to avoid lane closures during peak travel times.
